Flamenco Dance Classes

 

Clarita Filgueiras will be teaching at the University of Miami Dance Department starting November 2012.

Director Clarita Filgueiras offers Flamenco classes at all levels. Teaching intensive technique and cutting-edge choreography. Clarita is recognized as one of the finest exponents in her field, Flamenco, and all that it embraces.Between tours she teaches and works where she resides in Miami with her own dance company, Clarita Filgueiras-Flamenco Puro.

Hi Clarita,

 

Just a note to let you know that I really enjoyed my first Flamenco class. I had forgotten what a good workout meant, but felt great afterwards, and realized how much I needed this not only physically but spiritually. You're a wonderful and very patient teacher. Also, I found out how uncoordinated I have become with the years, especially the foot work, but hope it'll get better as time goes on (lol).
